Uddhav Bhaurao Kadam, popularly known as K. K. Sir, was born on 1 June 1968 and holds B.Sc. and D.E.E. qualifications. He began his professional journey as a teacher in junior college and high school in Kolhapur from 1991 to 1993. After moving to Mumbai in 1994, he remained active in education until 2022 through K. K. Challenge Classes, K. K. Education Academy and A1 Education Academy, supporting school, college and competitive-examination students.

Alongside education, he built a long record of social and organizational work. He founded a non-political Slum Protection Committee and served as General Secretary from 1997 to 1999, later holding responsibilities in Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal between 2000 and 2022. During the COVID-19 lockdown, he coordinated large-scale relief work involving 3 main relief centres, 25 sub-centres, 20 tempos, 25 two-wheelers, 150 trained volunteers and 15 supporting charitable organizations, with food distribution reaching about 10,000 people daily and approximately 50,000 immunity tablets distributed. On 8 August 2022, he joined Shiv Sena through a press conference facilitated by MP Vinayak Raut after discussions with party chief Uddhav Thackeray and senior leaders. He has since been entrusted with multiple campaign, observer, coordinator, guidance and election-related responsibilities across Maharashtra and currently serves as Shiv Sena Party Organizer and Western Maharashtra Divisional Coordinator.
